Ivory Place leads from Morley Street into Richmond Parade.  Morley Street was formerly a continuation of Sussex Street, running parallel to Carlton Hill all the way down to Grand Parade.  Ivory Place was compulsorily purchased by the Council in 1956.  These buildings were demolished in about 1959.
