Subsidised training for community groups and small charities

With support from Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), the Foundation for Social Improvement (FSI) is delivering a heavily subsidised training event in Brighton on 5th September offering small and local charities and community groups four courses on key fundraising topics.

Our Brighton event will offer 80 delegate training places so that all small charities, wherever they are, can access the skills they need to become self-sustaining. This training day is part of the Small Local Charities and Community Groups Training Programme. Training courses on offer include:-

  • Developing Your Fundraising Strategy
  • Developing Community Fundraising
  • Budgets, Management Accounts & Cash Flow Forecasting
  • Gift Aid & How to Claim It

Venue: Brighton, Hove and Sussex Sixth Form College (BHASVIC), 205 Dyke Rd, Brighton, BN3 6EG. 

Time: 9.45am – 4.30pm (registration from 9.15am)
