My Brighton won a Gulbenkian award in 1995, and Prince Charles viewed the exhibit on his visit to Brighton Pavilion later the same year. The project has been cited as an example of good practice by the Department of National Heritage and is being used by the Museum Documentation Association to train museum curators in good multimedia work.
The CD was launched on 12th December 1997 and free copies were sent to most of the schools in the local area.
