Lots of character
Essentially a strip of grass on a hill, Queen's Park still manages to pack in a lot of character and different areas to explore. The pond is good for feeding the ducks and offers a unique wintery perspective when frozen over thanks to semi-submerged traffic cones, footballs and branches, providing an obstacle course for ice-skating seagulls.
Fearless squirrels
The squirrels are fearlessly friendly and there is plenty of room for picnics, dog walks and other park based activities. It’s a very scenic and calming route from Kemptown to Hanover and vice-versa.
