Checking out an old cab

I was able to climb up to the old cab.

In the mid-1980's I once trespassed on the land which had been the old Goods Yard beside Brighton Station. There was a huge crane there, running on rails about ten feet apart. I was able quite easily to climb up to the old cab, and looking in, saw electrical controls just like a pre-war tramcar. Walking further along, I was able to look down on New England Road from the old track bed.
