This photo is taken much later than 1991. I moved into the Marina in 1996 and at that time there was no development to the south of The Strand. None of the courts were there that are visible in this view.

I agree Neil. I worked in the Marina until '96 and the boat yard took up most of that space, I think this is more around 2001

This is more like 99/2000. The casino and gym is built and I'm sure that was in the late 90s it was built. I remember it being waste land. Same with the flats on the left side of the picture, I remember that being a swing park and green hills.
