"This is a painting of the Peace Statue in the snow. It stands on the border between Brighton and Hove, and for me it represents peace between Brighton and Hove. If it weren't for the snow, you could see the break in the paving stones. One side is Brighton, one side is Hove, and never the twain shall meet."
