Pool Valley

Three very different views
Photo:Pool Valley in 1967
Photo:"Trigger" Bishop and possibly Connie. This is a photo taken of my uncle "Trigger" Bishop who was an Inspector on the Southdown buses at Pool valley for years up to his death in the 1950s. He was an ex Hussar (Cavalry) and always had the most polished shoes I've ever seen. He lived in the prefabs in Whitehawk and was married to my Aunt Nelly who moved into the flats on the Bristol estate.
