I have one of these postcards. Are they of any value?

I have a photo of this character selling vegetables - perhaps taken at the same time as this one, but from the front. It was probably between the Goldstone Crescent area of where Hove Park now is, and the site of Elizabeth Avenue. His board announces that he is 'Ye Olde Charlie - 40 years at the Three Cornered Copse, Dyke Road'. I'd like to pinpoint his exact location - so I'll send it to this site in due course.
