The North Moulsecoomb estate of 390 houses was built between 1926-1930 on 46 acres of land, formerly part of Falmer Parish, but annexed by the Borough of Brighton on 1 April 1928.

How can that be North Moulescoomb? I used to live in Staplefield Drive, this looks like Chailey Road.

Newick Road! I've added a piece describing the road and occupants nearby. I was probably a couple of years old when the pic was taken right near my home.
