The Rice Pavilion is finally finished and now the business of clearing up and getting ready for the launch party begins.

This evening, Satuday August 11th, a specially invited group of funders, sponsors, supporters, volunteers, family and friends will gather to celebrate the completion of the construction stage of the project.  Emilia, Chris and Guyan, the artists of the Edible Construction Company will be able to relax a little at last.

The finished Rice Pavilion will be on view until the 18th of August.  The Deconstruction stage will be from 20th - 24th of August. We highly recommend a visit - it is a rare sight!

This is brilliant. Wish I could get down to Brighton to see it before it is taken down. Well done to all concerned.
