HRH Earl of Wessex visits Brighton

This candid shot was taken when HRH Earl of Wessex, Prince Edward, visited Hangleton Youth Centre in Hove.

The Prince offically opened the Duke of Edinburgh Awards facility at the centre. He was met and given a grand tour by The Mayor of Brighton and Hove, Councillor Garry Peltzer Dunn.
