Do you think that there are any of the same people who appear in the photo from the Albion Inn?

The man in the front row at the Albion Inn, 5th over from the left, wearing a straw hat looks possibly like the man in the back row of my photo, wearing a light coloured vest.

Someone by the name of H. Paul sent the photo to my grandfather.
