Guinness Clock

Another travelling 1950s version

This is yet another version of the Guinness Clock which was photographed in Weston-Super-Mare in the early 1950s.

It would be interesting to know just how many 'travelling versions' of this popular clock were to be seen around our coasts.

This looks like one of the eight smaller replicas built based upon the original Battersea design. If you have not already seen it, follow the link on the right of the page 'A Mystery Solved', where there is a brief item about the clocks.
