My Grandma was the caretaker at 4 Kings Gardens, I was born there in 1967,our family name is Kavanagh and Mr Gilbury owned the property, there was also the “QUICKS”, who I think ran a travel agents and the Sabins. Our family left the lovely basement flat in 1980, happiest times as a child growing up there. Mr Gilbury was a kind man.
