The best place is the seafront on a sunny winter’s day. The bars have closed up, it’s quiet and peaceful and you can watch the white cliffs in the distance glow orange as the sun sets over the sea.

It SNOWS on the beach? Are you kidding?
I went swimming before work in February one year and the water felt so warm in comparison to that frost. No snow that day but I’ve seen it like that. I was born in 1930.
