We are doing genealogical research. Our relatives lived at 28 Western Street, Brighton between 1936 and 1962. The address no. 28 disappears from the electoral roll along with all residents between 1962 to 1965. Then it reappears. Could it have been destroyed by a fire and then rebuilt? All neighbouring addresses remain listed OK for all years. Please can anyone remember. Many thanks.
