Reading Roy,s item about people detroying old documents,I do wish that they could pause and think before doing so.As a family historian,I learnt that my own grandmother had got rid of many family photos and papers because they were old.These would have saved me years of research and cleared up many family mysteries that I am yet to solve.Old documents? someone, somewhere may want them.
