On the front of 59 North Street, between the windows on the first and second floors, is a bas relief of what looks like an Elizabethan gentleman. It is fairly small and easily missed unless you are looking up! Does anyone have any idea about it – e.g. its title, its date, who it might be, who made it etc.? Many thanks.
