I have for some time been trying to find out information about the AFS/NSF during WW2 in Brighton, mainly Whitehawk but have had little success. I wondered if anyone knew of anywhere I can go for information? I have tried the keep and the fire brigade museum and national archives. I am looking for this information as my grandfather served with the AFS/NFS during WW2 and I have very little information on this part of his life.
