My wife’s grandfather,Francis Walter Allum was born at 2,Clarendon Place, Hove on 16th July 1877. Can anyone tell me who else was living there at that time. His father, Francis Brawn Allum was a Carpenter. They were not there in 1881 at the Census, having moved back to Greenwich.
