Focus in the episode seemed not to be on crime, but on youthful beat patrols doing a good PR job, whilst also having to deal with street violence and the results of an over indulgance in alcohol. Never knew that it is an offence to consume alcohol off licenced premisses, but have to comment that beach patrols seem to be less tollerant than those around the Level. Although informative, the programe failed to rekindle any nostalgic love for that environment or make me want to pack my bags and return.
