I don’t know if anyone can help or maybe point me in the direction of someone who can?
In the early 70’s I spent 3 separate weeks at a camp somewhere between East Grinstead and Haywards Heath. The camp was well equipped with an outdoor pool, small golf course, tennis courts and gymnasium. I believe it may have been an army camp at one time and as I remember there was a area used by Sussex University. We actually went with our youth club leader’s links and used to get the train to East Grinstead and then a bus from there.
I am keen to see if it still exists and learn more on the history of the place. It would be great to see any old photos,(I have some of my own somewhere)
