During the 1940’s there were two shops which were in the front rooms of houses at the top of Halland Road. One a newsagent/tobacconist the other a grocer/ general store. They moved to purpose built premises in Moulsecoomb Way when these were built. The grocer was called Mogers but I cannot recall the name of the other. Can anyone help?
