I have a birth certificate for Edward Colin Browne (maybe without the e) born 28 April 1920. Certificate states “lying in institution Brighton”. Father shown as Edward Browne, Sgt Royal Field Artillery of 23 Kimberley Road, Preston. Mother Frances Caroline Browne formerly Stoneadge. She was my grandmother. Does anyone know anything about this family please? Would be very grateful.
