Hi All
With regard to a recent discussion about the discrepancies between the maps published in the EofB book and the EofB published on the website, I should like to clarify our position.
Tim Carder kindly allowed me to scan the original maps produced for the book. They are pristine and ‘draughtsman’ like in their production, that is why they reproduce on the site so well. (Please remember you can click the small version on the page to obtain a full-sized version).
We have published the originals ‘as is’ and that is the reason there are some discrepancies between them and the book versions. I hope this explains the situation – and do hope that you are all finding the EofB pages on the site to be useful. If anyone has any further questions – email me – jennifer@mybrightonandhove.org.uk and I will try to help.
