My Brother worked in the Allan West factory at the bottom of Coombe Rd in the 1930s. Your website shows it as the Diamond works which is incorrect. The Diamond works were across the Rd. Just up on the left hand side. My family lived in Coombe Rd from 1923 untill 1942
