does anyone remember hills cycle shop in Spring St. I bought my first bike there in 1956 I think, a claud butler, and many bikes later am still riding. George Hill was a lovely bloke, always ready to help a young sprog as I was then. I;ve often wondered about him and wished I’d found out more about his cycling experiences but that doesn’t seem important when you’re young!. Spring st runs from Western road up to Upper North st.
