I worked in london rd in the 60s early 70s firstly in a handicraft shop then trueform and curtess shoes we had all types of shops didnt need to go to western rd I am especially interested in the Bellmans store I loved walking around there and also the Woolworths on the corner of cheapside upstairs had such creaky floorboards and also the old Co-op any information wellcome
