Nelson Place and Manor Street

Another question about the place mentioned in Graham Greene’s Brighton Rock. It says “It was Nelson Place and Manor Street which stood there…”(Part 5, Section 3). Thanks to your previous messages, I know where Nelson Place was and how it was felt by the people in the 1930s. Nelson Place stands for Rose, while Manor
Street stands for Ida Arnold. I’m wondering where
the latter is. I’m extremely happy if someone could give me some tips on this rather literary trivia quiz.
