I have recently aquired a Fred Yates painting of the above in Florence Place, Brighton. If possible please can anyone get me a picture of this place as seen from the ‘painting’.
Fred Yates lived and worked in Brighton at one time and I’m surprised he isn’t in your list of “characters”.
Any information you can give me would be much appreciated.
