photography

I was looking through some of my old victorian photos today and one of them was by a Henry Spinks
of 109 Western Road Brighton. There is a symbol on the rear of the photo depicting an intertwined H and S inside a buckled oval belt with the motto Light and truth written in the belt. I would love to know anything about Henry Spinks and the date that he had his shop, and the whereabouts in Western Road it was situated. Anybody have any idea.
