Who were ‘The Wagners’ mentioned on this site in ref. to church and almshouses. I am curious about Rev A D Wagner also a Rev John Halliwell ?? – both are connected to the St Pauls School of 1880s ( subject of my recent request for info). Thanks for any more details.
