During the 60’s I worked for Southern Licensed Supplies, a wholesale wine company owned by Michael Cook. This was located in the basement of the Salisbury Hotel which was owned by Michael Cooks parents. I also had my wedding reception there. I was disappointed a few years ago visiting on holiday and unable to find it. Working there was great fun, but then living in Brighton throughout the 60’s was the place to be.
