does anyone else recall the gentleman tramp, known as “sunshine joe” who used to wander around the old steine and st. james`s street area in the 1960`s, he was your steroetypical tramp with the white metal cup, hanging off a piece of string, all us kids use to speak to him, he was an absolute gent.
