i used google street to visit my child hood house. of course gone is the houses that made up the street which was a turning off edward street. a big block of flats now stand in their place, no little corner shop, pub or post office.i left brighton in the sixties and i do know that things have to change and the buildings were slums but to this day i wondered what the place would be like now.I did feel sad it brought back so many memories but i still have them .I did go to the park where i played as a child. so google street took me on a trip i would never have seen. what do others think? not has a debate only seeing the street where you lived.
