It would be good to share memories and pictures of the youth organisations in Brighton and Hove. I was in the Boys Brigade, which was situated in Portslade (25th Brighton). I gained all my badges and ranks while I was there, but the biggest achievement was all the Duke of Edinburgh’s awards.
An ‘old boys’ bugle and drum band still practice and display in Southwick. When I say old, ages range from 18 to 80. Happy times and a good solid grounding for life!
