A service organised by the Royal Air Forces Association Brighton and Hove, was held on Sunday 20th September, at the Church of St Martin with St Wilfrid, Lewes Road, to commemorate the Battle of Britain.

Joining the congregation were the Deputy Lieutenant of East Sussex, Colonel David Stevens, the Mayor of Brighton and Hove, Councillor Lynda Hyde, service veterans, service cadets and representatives of local service organisations.
