As you can see by today’s photos, the Rice Pavilion is growing apace. The completion date of August 11th is getting closer, and so the artists of the Edible Construction Company, Emilia, Chris and Guyan, together with their volunteers are working very hard to keep to schedule.
The installation continues to create a great deal of interest with library visitors. The artists happily take time from their construction work to engage with visitors, to encourage them to explore their own attitudes to the value of food in society.
