Lost relatives

by Albert V.C. Roberts 7 February 2006

I am trying to see if I can find out any thing about my father`s brother Charle Shield Roberts he was born at 54 Chesterfield street in 1878.
the street is no longer there, it use to be what is now White Street.
His parents were George Deal Roberts (died 1917) his mother was Johannah Roberts (formerly James & nee Flartery) (she died 1908).
My father`s name was George Tutton Roberts.
who died 1938 at Eastbourne. His step bother was James James the son of Johannah (nee Flartery)
It is possible that some of
Charles Shield Roberts, could still be smewhere in Brighton. My father was in the Boer War and in the 1914-18 war. I cannot say if either if these two were in either of the services.
