I should be very interested to hear from anyone connected to my WISEMAN ancestors. They inhabited so many different addresses in and around the centre of Brighton from the early 1800s to the mid 1900s. Their occupations included cordwainer, baker, confectioner, seemstress, costumier, carver and guilder and to cap it all.. Great Grandmother was a burlesque artiste!
