Does anyone remember a company called Switchit?
When we lived at 27 Whitehawk Road in the forties there was a two pinned socket in the wall into which we plugged a loud speaker. As far as I recall you could only listen to the Home Service. I would love to know if the company ceased or diversified after WW2.
