Failure to Respond:

I had been going to raise this for some time now but thought it might be seen as a criticism of the MyB&H site. However I too have had several or even many experiences like those listed under ‘Varndean’ below. It is most unfortunate that you try to help some people and then they just do not respond to ones replies to their queries even when they ask to be emailed direct, let alone say ‘Thanks’. Unfortunately you have to expect this ssort of treatment and I put it down to gross lack of manners in this computer age. TCS.
