Burial record by Sheila Merritt 3 August 2022 1:29 PMHow do I find a burial record for someone who died in 1943 in Brighton?2 replies Re: Burial record by Tim Sargeant 12 August 2022 9:42 PMThere is a site called Findagrave.com which I have used with limited success.Otherwise you could try the registrar of BMDs, a small possibility there but they are usually helpful when I have been there. Or the Council office maybe where there is a department which deals with this sort of enquiry.Sometimes an internet search comes up trumps but only when someone has put that name on. I have found several deceased relatives through this. The name you are looking for would help too! Presume you have the death certificate? Re: Burial record by Sheila Merritt 20 August 2022 10:44 AMHi Tim, Yes I have the Death Certificate, his name was WILLIAM BARBER, he died 19th February 1944 in Brighton. Will try the Brighton Cemetery offices. Thank you Sheila Add your replyHiddenAdd your title Add your wordsWould you like to add some images (optional)?
