From: Letter in the AtticLetters from JL to his fiancé, and later wife, Amelia Rose Leech née Rowe (Millie) living in Rottingdean. The letters were sent whilst JL was training in England, in Colchester, and on active service in France and Belgium during the First World War. There are also photographs and postcards dating from this period and photographs and letters relating to John Leech’s time as Scoutmaster in Rottingdean.
