My grandmothers family lived in Brighton sometime in the early 1900s. My great grand father Alfred Adams was a butcher but I am not sure if he owned his own shop. He died in Brighton in 1906 afterwhich I think the remaining family moved. Has anyone come across a butchers shop called Adams?
