What about all those coaches that would take you to: Arundel Castle 3/6d. Pvensey Castle 4/6d. Devil’s Dye 2/6d. and many other places. Royal Leyland Tiger was my favoutite coach.
One day “We” took one to Cheddar Gorge but we picked it up at the bottom of Boundary Road, Portslade. That was the day of the Lynmouth Floods. While at Cheddar the older people decided to wake the driver as it was raining so hard they were rightfully worried. We had a 50 miles detour on the return journey.
