A great-uncle of mine was educated at the Convent of the Sacred Heart in DYKE ROAD, in the late 1890s/early 1900s. Has anyone any information on this please – where in Dyke Road it may have been, was it a private school, etc? I understand there was a Sacred Heart Convent in Upper Drive, Hove, now Cardinal Newman Catholic School. Did the Convent move there from Dyke Road at some point or could it have been the same convent whose address, over a century ago, was listed as Dyke Road?
