In the James Gray Collection, underneath a photo of the south side of North Street, just above its junction with West Street, (JG 21-001.tif) it states that 74 North Street was occupied by E Hobden, baker.
Does anyone have any further information on this man and/or his business please?
I think this would have been roughly where “Eat” is now.
