Florence was a leading illustrator during the first half of last century

Florence died in 1955 in Hove and apparently left all of her drawings/artistic materials to an Ann(e) Russell who was living at 37 Park Crescent Brighton at the time.
Are you able to provide any information about Ann(e) Russell or about 37 Park Cresc. ?
